What's wrong with my GBR?

My female German Blue Ram began looking a bit different last night. She seemed not as perky, but did eat. She kind of hung out in one spot near some java moss which is on driftwood.

Tested my water, and I have 0 ammonia, 0 nitrites and my nitrates are less than 5ppm.

The temp I raised last night to 84 degrees, but it was at 83.

I do weekly water changes, and my ph is 6.4.

The male is colorful and all looks good with the other fish. I fed them live bloodworms, about 2 weeks ago, but after doing that twice, threw them out, because I got paranoid about parasites.

I'm going to put her in isolation, I guess. Need feedback, where to go from here.

When I got home, she was hiding up near the filter/heater area, near the top. I tried to see if she would eat, but she is not.

She is now coming out and approaching me at the glass, but won't eat. The male doesn't appear to be bothering her at all.

Ugh, I hate to lose her! Should I treat for parasites with active ingredients of Metronidazole and Praziquantel. It's from a treatment called "general Cure" by API.

Should I go get something different. I see no signs of anything but she is a bit dark in color, her fins are not clamped. And of course, stopped eating today.

Here's some pics of her. I've not seen any poop, so I can't comment on that.

Please help!!!

update

Okay, had to go somewhere with this problem, and I think I may be successful . . .fingers crossed!

I seperated her, and learned from Byron, that if she perks up I'll know it's the male that may be driving her away. She didn't get better, infact I thought she'd be dead when I got home from work. She just turned darker, and sat on the bottom. So, last night I slowly added "General Cure" going with the theory that possibly this is wasting disease. She is actually so much smaller than the male, and so much thinner than he, even though she does eat. So. . . this morning, I'm so thrilled to see her alive!

I'm not saying she's out of danger yet, but she actually looks a bit better. At least she's surviving the meds in the water. Wish her luck! I'll keep you posted.
