What are these bugs??

Every time I clean my filter out I always have these little guys swimming at the bottom of the bucket. Some friends say daphnia (sp?), some say water fleas, I simply don't know.

They have also infested my fry tank, crawling through the gravel and all over the plants. I constantly see them "mating" and more and more are showing up almost every week.

Can anyone tell me what these things are and more importantly how to get rid of them?

I'll attach a video of them swimming at the bottom of the bucket later on today.

those are probably daphnia, though they seemed a little over active in the video. It is actually surprisingly difficult to maintain daphnia populations in an aquarium. Google images of daphnia and see if that is what they look light. Even if they are not some medium sized fish would happily eat them for you. Get some fish that is fast.
