Very High Nitrate Level!

My Nitrate level is around 90! What can I do to lower it? And quickly!

Water changes...water changes...water changes.

150 Gallon - Mostly American Cichlids
135 Gallon - Angelfish Community
75 Gallon - Odd couple (Polleni/Angelfish)
55 Gallon - African tank
20 Gallon Long - QT
10 Gallon - Empty

50% water change as soon as you can.

partial daily water changes until it gets under control.

more frequent water changes.
