Exclamation ***URGENT*** white lumps on female siamese fighter not like ich

i have a siamese fighter female and she has developed large white growths. water seems to be fine and all the other fish are fine. the only thing that has changed in the water is a new filter which was left in for 1 day then removed and old filter put back in as it was creating too much current. the filter was a stingray 15 and ever since it has been removed i have been losing at least 1 fish per day (platy this morning) but with no white spots at all they look perfectly healthy just a little dead.

could any please help me with this

wil post a pic of her if i can keep her still long enough
