Hello girlygirl.
I'm sorry to hear you are having troubles with your Betta. How old is he? Have you had him all that time?

You haven't said anything about your tank size or routine. Anything changed? We also have a diagnosis form if you want to go further with us. It is a sticky at the beginning of the Disease section. just copy and paste it in here.

When was your last waterchange? Anything different this time?

How long did you enjoy the pleasure of caring for him?

no, it was probably just old age, so if he had a disease i wont look too far into it. he was mature when i bought (more like rescued, in my opinion) him from petsmart, and i have had him for over four years, and the life expectancy is only 2-3. he lived in a 5 gallon tank, and has bounced around a few different houses. i will miss him very much. thanks for all of your help!
