Treating with Kordon Rid Ich Plus

Reuben has some fungus from sitting in that disgusting cup at PetsMart. I have some Kordon left over from my ich bloom in my angel tank.

My question, when treating with Kordon, lights on or off? I've read differencing answers. When treating the ich, I kept lights on. Treatment went well....so maybe it won't matter much?

Thoughts?

I've used Kordons rid ich before. Treating for ich with lights on or off the result was the same. I'm not sure about fungus though but I would imagine the result shouldn't matter with lights on or off. It's fungus, lol.
