Exclamation Tiny spots on Gold Fish tail fins

They are very tiny spots and they are only on the tail fins. It spread from one to another and now they are keeping to themselves away from the other three and seem to be dying as they just sit and move very slowly. I have a 40g setup and have not dealt with this before. Definitely not ick. My algae eater is also staying latched on to one single spot of the tank and not moving. Please help, i cant loose my fish!

First off, you are going to help us fix this faster by copying and answering the questions here: Diagnosis Form - Read this before you post.

Once you do that, we can start trying to diagnose your fish. If you can get a clear picture that would be very helpful, too.
