Swim Bladder Disease???

My fish has been bloated for a few days now ( see the Betta is Acting Weird topic) and I fasted so far for 2 days now. I came home today and found him floating at the top of the tank on his side. I got him to swim down to the bottom but he just instantly floated to the top

His stomach is HUGE

I never fed him live food except some home grown triops and seamonkeys.

WHAT SHOULD I DO!! PLEASE HELP

he also looks stressed

Have you tried any cooked peas or have you seen him pass any fish poop?

This is the song that never ends...
