Exclamation sick eye? .please help.

i have no idea what is ailing my molly but he is our fav. molly so i want to help him before it is to late. i went to feed them this morning and noticed that his eyes are covered in this white bubble. i am not sure what it is. some sort of fungus i guess. one of his eyes has a red ring around it? could it be some sort of fish pink eye? he is the only one infected or that is at least showing symptoms. he is also the oldest one in the tank. please help me so i can try and help our poor Roar.
