sick/injured angel fish?

hi all, my poor angel fish has a sore on the side of it. i originally had two in my 180 gallon tank thinking it was large enough that they would leave each other alone. my stupid mistake, one angel was picking on this one, so i gave the aggressive angel to a friend. the poor angel i have now is acting normal, feeds well but one of the wounds from the aggressive angel is getting larger. i'm guessing it is a wound from the aggressive angl, i'm not positive. anyways i am sure i am rambling, i will post a picture of it and maybe you can tell me what it is and how i can treat it, i have been caring for tropical fish for 7 years now and have never seen this before, maybe because i havn't had any that were overly aggressive.
i have never used imageshack before but i will attempt to set a pic up on there, i really would like to get this guy better

I'm not convinced that's a wound from an attack, but I'm not the most knowledgeable on fish diseases and health care, so I'll withhold my opinion. Sill, until other people weigh in on this, I'd say to do a hefty water change. It would be important to keep his water pristine in all ways while you're trying to clear this up.

Any one else have any ideas?
