Sick Guppy?

I have a tank of nothing but male guppies they get along fine no fighting or anything like that. I left them for a little while (about a month) with a family member and when I come back everything seems normal they all look healthy. But today I noticed that one of the males looks like his anus is protruding all the time! He swims, eats, and poops fine. But now my dominate male is not eating and rubbing on the gravel at feeding time. I did a water test and everything was fine I even took a water sample to a LFS and everything was normal there as well. Is something wrong with them? I can't take a picture because my camera was recently shattered.

do you see anything unusual on the fish... maybe some white spots on the fins or gills...

if the fish is rubbing against the gravel, there is a chance that he has ick...
