Sick Cory

Last night I was rebuilding a cave in my tank when I found a sick cory. I’m guessing he has fin rot, but I’m not really sure. His pectoral fins are both gone except for the spine, and the center of his tail is gone all the way up to his body so he just has two separate pieces at the top and bottom of his tail. He also has a couple spots of ich on top of this which I’m guessing he got due to the stress of his fins.

The parameters in the tank are all fine and nobody else is sick. There isn’t anything all that new in the tank either, I added two new plants two weeks ago, and it’s been over 6 weeks since I have added any fish. The only thing I can think of is that he got hurt by his cave. I noticed it was a little wobbly and that’s why I was in the tank last night rebuilding it when I found him.

Do you guys agree that this is fin rot, and if so does anybody have any suggestions for medication? I know that the scaleless fish are a lot more sensitive to medication so I’m nervous about treating him. I’ve had this guy for 10-15 years now and I would really like to be able to help him. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
