Rummynose Missing an Eye

Just noticed one of my rummynose tetras is missing an eye. Not sure when it happened, but Im assuming it was a loach, since all the rummynose line eating their food then going under the wood in the caves to bother my loaches for scraps. Its a real pain but I cant really do anything about it. Any way, anything special I should do other then keep the water clean so he can heal up?

Pristine water conditions, adequate feeding and hope.

Animals tend to pick on the elderly and infirm.
