Anyone have any experience with this parasite? I've been reading a lot on it and supposedly is really hard to kill. Everything I've read though says Lemamisole HCI works on it. Also that I should treat my whole tank because the parasite lives everywhere and treating only the infected fish will do no good. I'm pretty sure the parasite got into my tank through some infected emperor tetras that showed no signs at the fish store because so far they're the only ones effected and it's not every ET just 3-4. If anyone has dealt with this before and knows exactly what to do I need as much help as possible. Honestly freaking out a little because I don't want to lose my entire tank to it which is what I've read happens a lot. Also will any medication kill the plants in my tank?

I've got some fish with nematode issues. Tried using the standard anti-parasite meds; it killed lots of worms but still had live larvae coming out of the fish. I treated the tank with fenbendazole, almost killed all the fish. The fish passed lots more worms though, I was shocked considering that they had already been thoroughly medicated for parasites. I recommend using levamisole if you want to treat the water too, much safer apparently. You should be able to get it from here:
Vermisol, 100 Grams
