Red Spot on Cremecicle Molly

I have a Lyretail Cremecicle Molly that I noticed now has a single red dot on her bottom "lip". I do not see this on any other fish and no other spots on her body. It just appeared yesterday. Anybody know what this could be? I've tried to research it but only find information on white spots.

Water parameters are:
Nitrite - 0
Ammonia - 0
PH - 8.0
GH - 8
KH - 6

Thanks,
Lisa

Is it raised at all or is the spot completely flush to the skin? Does it look infected or anything around it? Photos would definitely help.

It does not look raised at all. I will try to get a photo, but keeping her still long enough to take one is obviously next to impossible.

Not sure what it was, but it is gone now. Maybe she scraped herself on something? Either way, there is no sign of the spot now. Thank heavens!
