Red color at the end of the tail

One of my yellow guppies is having a red color at the end of it tail. Is it a disease? How can I cure it?

I had two GloFish die in last 2 weeks. My aquarium seems to be having some algae too and all the fish especially the guppies seem to be enjoying eating it.

Size: 10 gal
Fish: 2 yellow guppies, 2 zebra danios
Plants: 3-4 medium growth live plants..

the guppy which has red dot at the end of its tail seems to be having trouble swimming..
