See attached pics (sorry for the quality, my hospital tank is round and he won't sit still)

My Ram had this "zit" on his forhead (between the eyes) for a while. About 6 months. He was kept separate from my main tank, but after so much time, I was about to think it was nothing....

Well, last night it "burst" open. Now there is a tuft of cotton on his head. Is it common fungus that can be cured with Primafix? That is what I am using on him now....

I question it because it didn't happen quickly, it was like a cyst for a long time, then popped.

He could have had a parasite the exited the host. Treat with Binox per directions. Here's a link to a sticky in this forum.
