Questions/Help regarding ICH/ICK

Hi,

My aquarium has been infected with ich and I have been treating it ever since I saw the spots on my fishes. It has been 4 days that I have been treating it according to the instructions. I was instructed to take out all the decorations and plants so I did.

So my questions are:
how long does it take for ich go go away?
Is there anything else I should be doing?

Temperature 80
2 Angel Fish (Medium)
2 Orange Swoardtail (Medium)
2 Boesemani Rainbow (Small)
5 Guppies (Small)
1 Pictus Catfish (4 in.)
1 Normal Pleco (Small)

SENTRY AQ MARDEL for Ick, Velvet, and other external Parasites

Lupin

Salt (sodium chloride to be more precise) should have been sufficient enough. What are the active ingredients of that med?
