PUFFER FISH ILL!!! PLEASE HELP!!! PLEASE!!! IT MAYBE LATE!!!

Ok ok ok...well okay today i found that bumblebee hasnt ate any of his food or even touched it....nor even yesterday so i put my hand to check whats going on and hes swiming like ok well hes very skittish right now and ussually hes happy and hyper and on the top has a glowing shine....but right now hes kinda well i turned off the lights and just found him stuck in the filter so i moved the filter and he started swimming a bit of course skittishly and then he started to sulk beneath the heater the current temp is 82* ummm lemme see i tried moving him with my fingers he doesnt even react much to it.... ;-; i dont have any meds at hand!!! but what could i do? like right now hes at the bottom and his fins are moving like his body is moving but his colors are dull! T_T please help!!! before its too late... i actually have gotten extremely attached to him and will be depressed if he dies on me.... okay right now he has on the sides black thick lines like i cant explain idk what to do!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!

What are the water parameters?

pH, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, salinity?

hes about 3inch so the guy at the store told me to not put salt yet and the ammonia is supposed to be 0 and so is the nitrate and the nitrite i think as well and ph i know this its at 7....but hes just lying on the floor right now hes not moving....but hes still has his colors i tried picking him up with the net he still wont move i put my betta in there(hes peaceful) and the puffer isnt going after him.... ;-; idont want bumblebee to die!
everyfish i touch dies.... ;~; and i take good care of em only frogs,turtles and crayfish seam to work for me v.v

You didnt exactly give us 'useful' information.

One poster asked your water parameters and you replied that they are supposed to be such and such...'supposed to be' is not correct. You should have tested for ammonia, pH, nitrite, nitrate and salinity.

i can only guess that "every fish you own dies" because your tank are not completly cycling

a completely cycled tank will tank longer but will lead to a longer term success.

im sorry for your loss, but i hope you can learn from it.

These are brackish fish- I assume because you said you hadn't added salt yet that the SG was pretty much 1.0? I would advise doing a major water change and beginning to raise the salinity to help save your other fish. Brackish fish in freshwater conditions will likely have little appetite, energy and a very poor immune system.
