Powdered Betta!!!

I woke up this morning (an hour ago) and turned on the aquarium light like I normally do but something unusual happened... the betta didnt awaken...just stood there sleep. He fianlly awoken and noticed his mouth was snow white, as if he had been eating a powdered donut. His color is pale also and hes been a bit lethargic. I Believe its mouth rot. what do you think and what should I do? thank you

It sounds fungal. I would treat with anti-fungus medicine (Acriflavine based meds, Maracyn TC, Maracyn plus...). For fungal infections, change 25% of the water. Then add the Medication as instructed.

What are your water parameters? I'd recommend doing at least 50% daily water changes.

Here's the medication I'd recommend:

nitrite is 0 nitrate is like 20 or less, pH is about 6.5. I put some betta fix remedy in and some salt, it seems to have stop spreading but things still seem lost...
