Possible Ich with fry in tank ??? Need help!

A couple days ago I noticed one of my platys rubbing its gills on decorations and started salt treatments and acting itchy and twitchy. Half dosage because I have 3 otos ( who seem to be taking all the salt very well thank goodness ) but today 2 more platys are doing it and one of my 4 surviving fry.
The salt doesn't seem to be helping and I don't want to hurt the fry with strong meds, so my options are limited. Water parameters are perfect so it must have happened with the intro of a new fish a few weeks ago. My heater is preset to 77 so I can't turn the heat up. I love all my Platy girls and the babies and don't want to lose anyone, what can I do?

In my experience, full dose of QuICK Cure does not harm baby platies. Dunno about other meds.

If it were me (and it's not) I'd use Kordan's Rid Ich+ at half strength, or Aquarisol. I'd remove the salt as otos are very sensitive to it. (Don't use salt in conjunction w/ meds, if you chose to go w/ meds)

I wonder if the pet stores here even carry those meds lol. I know one doesnt carry Quick Cure. Since I haven't seen white spots yet could it be internal parasites or gill flukes? I just want to rid the tank of this before it spreads to all the fish, yet not kill the fry.
