I have a dwarf neon rainbow fish with popeye have tried different meds now usin Marde; Marcyn Plus and its so bad right now I don't think anything will help I noticed a tumor protruding under the eye this week and now its out even more the eye is literally facing the sky the fish is fine eating swimming looks scary

has anyone had this happen?
