So I am freaking out my blue cobalt female discus has been in her Q/T tank has had cloud eye so after days of doing salt n w/c not working I thought I would try what I used on my angels which is called Fungus Eliminator and it worked wonders! So i did a 80% w/c then added the medicaine and today being the next day I checked on her and I found all these tiny white wiggley thingys an thought oh she had fry!? then i saw it all over the entire tank an almost fell over what is this!? I have no idea whats going.. is it the medicane ? Im moving her in a new clean 10 gallon Q/T tank with my 75 gallon tank water so it wont shock her I just want her in clean water the cloud eye has gotten so bad it looks like a mushroom of fungal on her eye Im in tears im so worried about her please someone help!!

I suspect it was/is salt that freshwater parasites don't like,, that perhaps caused them to suddenly appear as they are being evacuated by the fish.
I might consider using an antibiotic such as Metronidazole in addition to the fungus med.
Would follow directions on medications, more is often not better.
Keep the fish warm, and change water daily while medicating.Metronidazole works best at 86 to 90 degrees and is only useful for 10 to 12 hours.
When I had occasion to use it, (with Discus) I raised temp in tank to near 90 degrees and used it at 400 to 500 mg per ten gallons with daily water change and re-dosing after water change.
Used it for ten days.
If your 75 gallon is maintained regularly, then water changes with tapwater for quarantine tank should not cause fish any problems assuming temp is close to same temp as tank.
should mention that in my view,,there is 50/50 chance when diagnosing fish ailment's that proper diagnosis is made and thus,,there is 50/50 chance that medication chosen will be effective.
I can only suggest what i would try given what has been posted.
Would also note that store bought Discus are often loaded with parasites and possible bacterial pathogens and I would reccomend that seeking a breeder of Discus to purchase them from will nearly alway's provide healthier specimens.
I wish I could be of more help and might also suggest visiting.. Simply Discus .com and pose my question's there for perhaps a better reccomendation than I can offer.
Be prepared to provide ALL info you can on water parameter's.

IMO its more likely to just be harmless microlife that you are seeing. Especially in a quarantine tank where there is no substrate for them to hide

I would tend to agree.
Previous post's regarding this fish showed waste, and or food laying on bottom of quarantine tank and it was suggested that this be removed daily .
Could be nothing more than planaria, which are harmless but a good indication of too much food being offered and or poor maint of water. (take care of your water and fish can fend for themselves).
I was/am much more concerned about eye damage (possible bacterial).
