oh dear, please don't treat it with rid ich (you got fish in there, right?)

and washing your gravel...wait, you got fish in there?

well, either way i wouldn't treat it and planaria worms are usually a symptom of overfeeding, so once you get feeding under control (ie. not in excess) you should have the problem taken care of.

if there are just a few, your fish will eat them, i think. i used to have those, then i stopped overfeeding, and they went away.

I'd also not suggest washing your tank you will harm your needed bacteria that way and create a whole new area of issues for yourself.
Planaria can easly be controlled and will 'vanish' if you gravel vac well on weekly bases and you do not overfeed (meaning only feed a lil each day and sometimes even feed ever 2nd day). Essentially you're starving them out and they'll die out and not reproduce so that issue is solved and the process will not hurt you fish at all.
