Is this a parasite?

Hello everyone. Before I describe the symptoms I'll let you know the parameters of my water:
Ammonia=0
Nitrite=0
Nitrate= about 20-30

One of my oranda goldfish has very clear and long feces can this be an internal parasite? And if so I was also wondering if parasite clear would be a good medication to use and if it is safe for healthy goldfish aswell as the beneficial bacteria in my tank and filter. Also the oranda goldfish that has this problem is eating and acting as healthy as can be so this is why I am very unsure of what it can be.

Thanks for all the help!

IP will usually cuase the fish to be either thin or bloated. Its possible the fish is just constipated. I would try feeding the fish some peas with the skin removed for a few days and see if the long feces problem goes away. I would medicate as a last resort and maybe go with a anti-parasite medicated fish food.

Thanks for replying =). Do you think it will spread to my other healthy goldfish? And he does seem a little bloated if I fed him some anti-parasite food would it be bad for my healthy goldfish if they ate some of it?

No, If you think it is IP, I would treat the whole tank.
