Question Panda cory acting wierd

One of my panda cories is acting strange lately. When I came home today, she was flat on her back breathing sort of funny and would not move from the bottom of the tank. She then got up, swam around a bit, and went into her hidey hole. She was acting normal for the next 3 hours, and then swam strait up in a spiral and sort of drifted back down, and then started acting normal again. She ate fine tonight. What is going on?!?! Params-
Ammonia-0
Nitrites-0
Nitrates-5
ph-8.2 (I know it is high, has been like this the whole 8 months she has been in there with no ill effects)
Gh-7, not too high compared to ph
kh-10
temp-76F
The tank does have live plants, and all of the other cories are fine. Feel free to ask for more info, thanks!

I'm no expert by any means but it sounds like swimbladder disease. I've read you can feed blanched peas to help. At this point it cant hurt, if hes eating.
