Exclamation Oscar not eating

Today I noticed that one of my two albino oscars is not eating much. It swims around some but is not as active as the other, and one will take shrimp from the surface while the other just sits around on the bottom area. The more active oscar has the normal red spots of an albino oscar, but the less active one is now almost completely white. These are the signs of a fish that is about to die, as far as I know. What can I do to save my oscar?

RIP fire eel
why did you think it was a good idea to keep going over the top of the tank
when you realized you couldn't breathe outside water?

I think I'll return the oscar to petsmart if it doesn't start swimming normally. It has lost almost all of its color by now and seems to have more trouble swimming against the current. It never has a full stomach, while the more active oscar has become full enough to not eat several times.
