Question New Firemouth in tank now has cloudy eyes

I've recently upgraded my tank went from a 35g to 100g. After a few days with my fish in the new tank, 2 Bala Sharks: 4-5 in, 2 Angelfish: 3 in, 1 Plecostomus: 5 in , 1 Blue Gourami: 3 in , 1 Neon Tetra. I purchased 2 more fish 1 Firemouth: 3 in and 1 Blood Parrot: 3-4 in. Everything seemed to be going well, all fish were getting along for the most part then I noticed that the Firemouth now has very cloudy eyes and has what looks like a white scab on the top of his head and is not swimming around very much stays in the same spot most of the time. Put some blood worms into the tank, didnt eat. Not sure what to do PLEASE HELP!!!! All other fish are fine.

From the sounds of it, there was no quarantine period/tank involved in the addition of the new fish, correct? You say you upgraded, do you still have the old/smaller tank? If so, I would first move the afflicted fish to that tank to reduce the risk of further exposure to the other fish.
Photos of the fish would be helpful.
