| | Water parameters should be ammonia, nitrites, nitrates and pH. Test your tank water with API liquid test kit which is more accurate and reliable than most test kits available. Avoid the test strips. Please include the temperature. That is also very important. My guess at the moment is columnaris but without the pictures, I cannot just diagnose straight away and recommend medicines in case I give a wrong advice which can kill your fish.
