Someone please help! My water parameters are good. The tank is well planted.the tank is 75 gal, the tank mates are a variety of peaceful fish, in fact "bubbles" the parrot fish, is king of the tank, so he's not picked on by anyone else, so I'm sure it wasn't injured first for it to turn into a fungus, but that is the closest symptom i can find. Biubbles doesn't act anyway but normal. Wow I hope someone will answer this thread,
i need help. This fish is a real pet to me therefofre I'm feeling a little panicky, I'd like to nip this thing in the bud. PLEASE!

Sounds like columnaris, which is very contagious and is bacterial. Treat the whole tank. You should be able to find something at your fish store for this. Hope things clear up quick for you and the fish!
