My new baby panda cories arent eating! and arent very active

My panda cories isn't eating!!!!!!!! I bought two new baby panda cories a few days ago and when I got them their fins were up but now theyre down, i think they might be hungry, i have two other cories in the tank and ive never fed them anything they just eat leftover fish flakes and theyve been alive for a year, so i went and bought some cory food but they wont eat and they arent as active as they were before!

How big are they? Maybe too small to eat what you bought? My babies are about the size of a dime but tear up the algea wafers.
