Hello Martin,

Let's review a few thing's guppies need.
They do best in alkaline water with pH between 7.4 and 8.0.GH 10+ degrees.
They enjoy temperatures bewteen 76 and 82 degrees F.
They do well with flake food's that also contain algae or spirulina.(once or twice a day)
Water changes once a week, with dechlorinator added to the new water before you run new water into the tank.New water should be close to same temp as the tank.
Might perform a 35 to 50 perecent water change and see if the guppy does not respond favorably.
If tank is less than a month old,,I would feed as mentioned once a day and perform weekly water change as mentioned.
After another ten day's,, You could add another two or three female guppies if the tank is large enough.
Hope some of this help's.

The most important medication in your fish medicine cabinet is.. Clean water.
