My fav Danio...is she sick or pregnant?

A few weeks ago, I placed my danios into a new tank - I used the same "dirty" filter and even some of the water from the old tank. I let it cycle around for quite a few hours, then added them to the new tank. They were fine - then I noticed that my largest Danio was huge (as she would sometimes, then within a few days or so, she would be fine again). But now she has just stayed fat. The other Danios seem to be fine - my params are fine...I just wonder why she is so fat! BTW, I don't overfeed them .
Thanks for any suggestions.

It could be, that the stress from being moved has caused her not to release her eggs. Be sure to keep a close eye on water quality in the new tank.
