My balloon molly needs help!

I dont know what to do. I found my balloon molly caught in one of the plants in my aquarium with its head facing straight down. I dont know how long its been that way. I have been gone all day today but it was eating and seemed fine this morning. I noticed its left eye is completely red and i dont know if maybe he got in a fight ( i have 2 mollys, a guppie, and a beta). I though the beta might have hurt it possibly.. but then i thought it could be a disease? Even its eye socket is red.. He seems weak.. i tried to feed him, he tried to eat but couldnt get much. He will swim for a little while and then either hover at the bottom or let the current take him up and down.. im afraid hes dying but if there is anything i can do to help him i will.. any suggestions?
