Moving long distance

What are the chances of moving a 75g full of precious fish, a 55g full of precious fish and a 10g along with 2 bettas over 700 miles/12hours? I plan on putting my bagged fish in styrofoam coolers, making sure there's as much oxygen as possible in the bags. I will also be fasting them for three days to ensure minimum urin and feces.

i went to home depot got a few 5 gallon buckets put tank water in them and bought a portable air pump for like 10 bucks drilled a hole in the top lids barely big enough for the hose and just switched it between buckets as i went the fish were fine

Thank you for the suggestion....

....I would have thought that plastic would somehow be toxic, but reading about others experiences, a ot of folks use that method! That's what I'll plan to do then, but what about temperature?
