Larger white spots on swordtails. Doesnt look like ich to me?

I noticed today that two of my red swordtails have some white markigns on them. the male has one thats rather large on his side, and a small one on his rear fin, and the female has two decent size ones on her as well. I thought ich was tiny spots all over the fish, but these are big spots on onsly a small area of the fish. It's a 29 gallon tank, planted, co2, I do 30 percent water changes every week and use Prime alway. I have six corys, and eight swords. I haven't noticed anything else on any of the other fish. Is this ich or something else?

i forgot to add that I've had these fish for almost three months, they act and eat normally, no otther symptons. I fishlessly cycled this tank, it has no ammonia, and like I said, i do water changes every week, sometimes upwards of 50 percent to help keep things in check.
