Labored Breathing

I have 1 angelfish that is showing some issues. His gill movement is rapid and it appears he is having labored breathing. Everyone else is okay. Happy, brightly colored, active, eating...the works. I tested my tank: Ammonia 0, Nitrites 0, Nitrates 5. I did my weekly 50% water change on Sunday.

Here's a video

Well, this angel seems to be doing better now. No more labored breathing. I'd also like to note that last night...was it last night?...either last night or the night before I gave them a cucumber to graze on. It wasn't finished but I took it out during the water change. I do believe I didn't rinse the cucumber I purchased. I'll have to rinse it a bit to make sure nothing is on it....but then again, only 1 fish was having issues......
