keyhole going grey???

2 of my keyholes are going grey/white on top one more than the other its not a fungus its like the color on the tops of there heads/backs is draining away there eating and acting as per normal i know there gotting on but do fish lose color with age?

sorry no ideas. as long as he otherwise is healthy and acting normal i personally ouldnt worry about it

out of interest, you say hes getting on...what age is he?

ive had these fish about 3 ish years they were near adult when i got them how long do they live?
