Keep him in the main with the uv sterilizer or quarantine?

Swartzii has 2 clear bubbles on his side. I can't tell if his back is straight or crooked either. I can't tell if it's one of his lines that isn't straight or his back itself. I know I should quarantine him but the uv sterilizer is running on the main tank. I'm going to look up the bubbles because I've never seen them before.

Notice the swollen belly and kinked back. The white/clean bubbles are on his side that you can't see from this pic. I didn't want to upset him to make him move.

It doesn't seem your fish has much chance to survive. Swollen belly could mean the fish has internal parasites or the internal organs were severely damaged. There is no hope for the latter.
