Immense problems with ich..

hello fishkeepers
i am a beginner, i got 30 gallons fish freshwater aquarium.
i started it just 10 days back...after adding fishes i add some plants...just after 3 days i noticed my fishes got white spots or may be called ICH..
so i poured Rid all general Aid, and Rid All Anti- Ich. medicines..in my whole tank..when i woke up in the morning i noticed some of my fish got blurred colors(i meant there colors are somehow dull)
but its been more than 24 hours since i poured them but ICH is still there. i dont wanna lose my fish this soon.
Plz suggest me some method i will be very thankful to you...

First of Welcome tot he forum.

Second: With ich the best 1st step is dial up your temp as far as whatever stock you have there will tolerate. Then use the meds as per label and read it careful; if you have sensitive fish such as Tetra you only use half the dose! Then it can take anywhere from a few days to weeks before all white spots on the fish are gone and you will need to medicate with most ich meds (again read label) each single day! Once all spots are gone you still wanna medicate 5 more days till that stuff is dead and then to a large water exchange with a VERY good gravel vacuum as well.
Ich is very treatable so don't be discouraged now!

Agree with everything Angel said. Do a Google search to get a better understanding of the Ich process. It is a 3 stage process. Also, it sounds like you might have used 2 different Ich meds. it is very important to only use ONE and use that one for the full duration of the treatment.
