Ill Betta Fish

I don't know what is wrong with her, but I really want her to get better! She is a white female betta, with blue eyes. I have had her for a few month snow, and recelntly she has become ill. It started with her just becoming a little thin around her spine, and I didn't think much of it. But now she is barely eating, is breathing heavily, and isn't as active as she use to be. I noticed osmething white and fuzzy on her side hadging off, I am not sure if it's a fungus or just something stuck to her. I don't want to stree her by trying to take it off. I really want her to get better, I care aboutall my bettas. Any ideas on what she might have? I have tried using aquarium salt(just a little), a small amount of melafix, and a little bit of parasite killer to try and see if tha will kill whateve ris bothering her. She is sitll alive, but no clue how much longer if she doesn't start eating.

though I never got a reply, she is doing a bit better now. last night I gave her some fungus meds, and either the parasite stuff or that has been doing the trick. She ate this morning, not much but it's better then nothing and is moving around more. I will keep her alone for a few weeks, and make sure she is very healthy before i even consider putting her back int he big tank. The other fish all seem to be doing fine, no clue what got her but it doesn't seem to be contagious.
