Ich please help

Hi.
Past few days I've noticed a couple of my fish looking a bit 'stressed' but on closer inspection a black Molly has ich! I only got it last week along with a Dalmatian Molly and another black one. They seem fine and I can't c any other fish with ich. I have used tetra medic contra white spot treatment, but it says only to use once a week?
In the tank r various mollies, platys, corydora a Pleco and a Giant Danio. It's 130 litres. One of the platys appears to b pregnant and I also has a baby fish swimming about. I have read about the increased temp to kill ich but will it affect any of my fish? Please help.

Raising the temperature makes the ich grow faster. This is done because ich can only be killed while it is free-swimming. Higher temps lower the time when ich is immune.

I don't think increased temperature will hurt those fish... The medication on the other hand, I don't know. I used salt to treat my ich.

Does it have to b aquarium salt? We r due 8 inches of snow today and don't know if ill get to LFS today.
