ich and guppy with unknown illness

okay,

So now things are really bad.
I've been looking after my little guppy and tonight I just realized one of my other fish shows signs of ich!

I was going to go get some Maracyn and and Maracyn–Two for the guppy tomorrow but now there is ich running around in my tank.

Is it safe to use something like Coppersafe with the maracyn products.

I am worried about my other fish in my tank, I have two dojo loachs, a fan tale, and a guppy.

My temperature of the tank has to stay low for the dojo loachs and the fan tale so I don't really know what to do. Can anyone give me advice?

I would not use copper if there are loaches in the tank, you will likely kill them quickly that way. I would also not mix copper with maracyn/maracyn2.

What is the maracyn/maracyn2 supposed to be treating?

Can you post your water params so someone can suggest the appropriate meds for your needs?

Why do you have a goldfish and guppies in the same tank? Either way, someone is suffering... I would put the goldfish in a tank for itself.. since they are coldwater fish..... guppies are tropical fish and need warmer water...
