How long have you been treating for? Ich can only be killed during its free swimming stage. Keep treating the tank for at least 3-5 days after you no longer see any spots. It may take a couple weeks. Read up on the life cycle of ich to get a better understanding of what its life cycle is and options for treating. There's tons of info on the web on ich. Here's one to get you started.

Information about Ich (Also known as White Spot Disease)

150 Gallon - Mostly American Cichlids
135 Gallon - Angelfish Community
75 Gallon - Odd couple (Polleni/Angelfish)
55 Gallon - African tank
20 Gallon Long - QT
10 Gallon - Empty
