:( I hate to do it, but I don't have any choice.

Today I turned on the light in my 10 gallon and there were over 20 snails clinging every where!!

I tried squashing them.

I tried putting lettuce in the bottom (Not one went to it.)

I tried moving them to a 1 gallon every time I saw one.

I hope my betta will make it through the change and my two bottom feeders.

I don't have a choice though.

Have you got other tanks you could move the fish to? If so, you could move them, and as long as this 10 gallon is good and cycled and has been running for a while, you could get 2 or 3 dwarf puffers for the tank. You won't be able to keep much else with them, but they'll definitely eat all the snails.

You did need an excuse to get more tanks and fish, right?

 Yeah, I did, but I can't afford to buy another tank right now.
