as an update, left him in the little bowl, he seemed a little better, but still spent quite a bit of time lying on the bottom... i completely cleaned his tank and everything in it and repleced the water and ran the filter all day as you said...i put him back in the tank and as the pet store advised, added betta fix, which they said may or may not help, but certianly could not hurt.
He swam around a bit, lay on the bottom a bit, but it has been several hours now, and he appears almost back to normal, floats around, swims around, hangs out near the thermometer / filter / and heater like he used to.
Pet store said it is a daily treatment, i.e. 7.5 ml every day, and not to run the filter due to carbon. Is this correct and if so, do i do partial water changes every time i add?
