Help! Molly with Ich!


I just noticed ich spots on one of my mollies.

Should I isolate this fish until I can get treatment tomorrow?

Aack!!! What to do!!!

Theres really no point in isolating the fish because your going to have to treat the whole tank.

What do you mean you "redid" the tank?

And just before you laid dead weight upon its shores, I stung you in the face for that's the nature of my core.

I took out the "Christmas" gravel, and I put in new gravel (after being washed and such). I also added a new plant.

Anyway, per website instructions I upped the temp a degree and added extra air.

The tank already had a bit of salt for the mollies.

How much salt did you dose? What salt did you use? Table salt should be fine and is cheaper than aquarium salt.

Its a 30 gal. tank with 1 tablespoon of salt per 5 gals. And, its the TipFin Conditioning Salt.
