anyway just some handy things for a betta i cant live without
-what size is your tank. at least 2.5 gallons for him but 5 is better
-get a heater (bettas need 78 degree enviorment)
-filters are great for getting rid of suspended particles
-turkey baster (good for water changes and sucking junk from your gravel)
- liquid test kit (knowing your water prams is always good)
