HELP! freaked out, fish TB?

Hi, I have a 29 gallon community tank, with a dwarf puffer, 6 tetras, two killifish, one ram, a botia, a cat, and two khuli loaches in a 29 gallon tank. This tank has been set up for a year. A few weeks ago (while I was not home and had not been for the summer) three of our four german rams died---(zero nitrite/ammonia and 15 nitrate). When I came home I noticed that the remaining ram looked slightly skinny. For about a week now I have noticed that he is really skinny, and today I see that his fins look ragged, belly sunken, pale skin, but vorasciously hungry with white stringy poop. To me all signs point to fish TB (except the poop) Just last week I cleaned this tank with my hand cut in two places! Ah! Now i am all freaked out that I am going to get fish TB and die! Ok OK, trying to remain calm. What should I do???
Thank you

I doubt TB is the case. Read this for Fish TB infecting humans.;)

I would try to quarantine the ram and use Metronidazole and wait for results.

Sent from my desktop or phone or whatever else I am holding on to 2
