Help! Does my Discus have FinRot?

I'm really worried. I've notice that my Discus' tail has lost some length and looks frayed. I'm not very experienced with this and was wondering if anyone can please help with the diagnosis. is it the dreaded Fin rot? Any advice on how to treat would also be most welcome!

thanks so much ,

Twice weekly water changes of 50 % assuming that water parameter's are in order = 0 for ammonia and nitrites, and nitrAtes with an A,,are less than 30 ppm.Warm 80 to 86
degree temp, and no tank mates nipping at fins, will bring the fins back into shape within a week or two.

The most important medication in your fish medicine cabinet is.. Clean water.
